The reunion was held primarily at the Doubletree, (formerly Red Lion) in San Jose, near the airport.

Steve Dromensk provided entertainment, and he welcomed other musical classmates to jam– Lee Donnelly took him up on it!. Other activities during the evening included:

• slide show of CHS-era snapshots (you can still send yours in now)

• door prizes

• professional photographer - memory books will be available soon

• "quiet" area for conversation

• place yourself on the map

Dinner Menu: please make a choice when you order your tickets:

FISH: Grilled Filet of Salmon topped with sun-dried tomatoes in a Chardonnay Sauce, served with Basmati Rice, fresh seasonal vegetables

BEEF: 10oz New York Steak (angus choice) - served with merlot demi and accompanied by roasted red potatoes, red onion marmalade and haricot vert

VEGETARIAN: Vegetarian Wellington ~ Julienne vegetables and mushroom duxelle in puff pastry, served with sweet roasted tomato coulis on a bed of wild rice and fresh seasonal vegetables

Other Reunion Activities

Saturday, Oct. 16, 1 pm: Tour of Cupertino High, led by teacher Wes Morse, who has written a history of the school.   (Books were available during the tour or you can order them from his website.) Wes has been working on an alumni website for the whole school, and there's list with of great trivia questions specifically related to class of '64 at chsaaa.org/1960s/1964/64home.html

Since the brunches are no-host, you don't have to make reservations, but it will help us to plan if you let us know you might attend.

We still encourage you to use the class list to contact  your old friends.
