DEADLINE:
August 13, 1999. All radio entries are due July 23, 1999 by 5 pm at the
PAF office. ENTRY FEES: $45.00 single print or radio entry; $65.00 single television or internet entry; $85.00 all campaigns and series. Use this form to list all your entries and attach a copy of each entry form. You may enter a piece of work in more than one category, but you must submit a separate sample of the piece, a separate entry form and the appropriate fee each time the piece is entered. Prepare each entry as described in the rules and enclose a check payable to the Portland Advertising Federation for the total entry fee in a separate envelope. Mark all entry forms and envelopes with "Rosey Awards 1999." Attach envelope securely to the outside of your bundled entries and deliver to PAF by 5 pm, August 13th. No entries will be returned. NO EXTENSIONS! |
