You can use our ballroom map* to choose your table and our
online form to purchase tickets.

If you choose to purchase a table you may choose from those available. If you choose to purchase individual tickets, seating is "festival style" with no seating reservations.

Ticket prices include hors d' oeuvres, dessert, entry to the "Swinging' Soiree," and Rosey CD & Showbook.

Our order form is on a secure socket, and your credit card number goes directly to the PAF Office. If you prefer, you can submit the form and telephone your credit card information directly to the PAF office at 503-224-2623 or print and fax the order to 503-224-0273. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as the credit card charge goes through.
