What have you been up to for the last 45 years?
After working in the engineering field for many years I retired in 1997 when my husband and I moved back home from living 10 years in Connecticut. We spent 2 years designing and building our home in Carmel Valley (Monterey area) and then decided it was time to bring in some income. We bought a small business in Seaside and Ken works there 2 days a week. I went back to school and graduated magna cum laude from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco with a major in Interior Architecture and Design. I enjoyed school and the arts so much that I will be going back to school when time permits.
Right now we're dealing with my aging parents who live 1 mile away. Although it is very time consuming and has it's ups and downs I feel so very fortunate to have the time to spend with them.
