Linda Shadid

To give and take the joy of music made her so happy.  I can hear her sweet voice still.  We all knew and loved Linda from old high school days.  So lovely and truly kind.  Once she loved you she always loved you.  Always.  What I didn't know about her until later was the depth of her courage and her grace under siege.  

I will miss her face at our gathering: Her smile, her laugh, her voice, her concern and affection.  I know that her days with us were among the happiest of her life.  I know, because she told me so.

We'll see you at another reunion, my friend!
